Fang Ai Lian named Metro director
Mrs Fang Ai Lian, who serves as Chairman of the School of Accountancy Advisory Board, has been appointed as an independent director to Metro holdings to further strengthen its board. Mrs Fang has also been appointed as chairman of the audit committee in place of Jackson Lee Chik Sin, who will remain a member of the committee.
